Getting Started with Schwab Alliance
An easier way to manage your investment accounts online

Schwab Alliance is a version of schwab.com that’s been designed specifically for clients. It provides on-demand access to your account information, secure document delivery, and tools to help manage your financial life with ease.

You can access Schwab Alliance by visiting client.schwab.com or by downloading the Schwab Mobile App on your device.

Setting Up Your Schwab Login

If you haven’t created your Schwab login yet, getting started is simple:

  1. Go to client.schwab.com
  2. Click “New User?”
  3. Enter your Schwab account number, date of birth, phone number on file, and Social Security number

If you’re not sure what your Schwab account number is, our Client Service Team is happy to help. Reach out at clientservice@fiatwm.com.

If you’ve already set up your login but forgot your credentials, just click the “Forgot Login ID or Password?” link on the homepage to reset.

What You Can Do in Schwab Alliance

Schwab Alliance makes it easy to stay connected to your accounts. Here are just a few of the features you’ll have access to:

  • Account Summary: View balances and holdings across your Schwab accounts in one place
  • Update Contact Info: Under the Profile icon, you can view or edit your email, phone numbers, and address
  • Manage Profile Settings: Update beneficiaries, add trusted contacts, and set account access permissions
  • Paperless Preferences: Choose which documents you’d like to receive electronically by navigating to the Profile > Paperless section
  • Statements & Tax Forms: Download your account statements, 1099s, and other key documents under the Statements & Tax Forms tab
